The objective of this project is the implementation of a comprehensive strategy for action in the field of conservation of cultural heritage and archaeological paleontological deposits belonging to the Institute of Archaeology at the University of Algiers 2.

Elena Lacasa Marquina and Pilar Fernández Colón from the Conservation and Restoration area of the CENIEH visited Algeria to take part in the cooperation project directed by Dr. Mohamed Sahnouni and financed by the AECID. In the near future, the Conservation and Restoration area will be visited by two Algerian pre-doc students for an internship.
