Minerva Ferrero Zapico studied a degree in History at University of León, where she did her Final Degree Project analysing, through the use of GIS, the factors which modified various archaeological sites in the Maragatería area in León; she also presented a poster of this project at the XXII Scientific Session of the SEDPGYM (Ponferrada). Later, she completed the Master’s Degree in Teacher Training in the specialty of Geography and History. In addition to this, she participated in different archaeological campaigns, as a volunteer and archaeological technician, from Lower Paleolithic Period to the Early Middle Ages, in the Arago Cave (Tautavel), La Ercina (León) and Vigaña de Arceo (Asturias). She took different courses on heritage, education and use of RPAS (A2 and A1/3 certificate).
